The Edington Arts Advent Concert 2018

Saturday 1st December

Time 7.30pm

This year’s Advent Concert will be performed by the beautiful choir of Keble College, Oxford, under their conductor Matthew Martin, very well known to us all in Edington through his direction of the Nave Choir at the Edington Music Festival.

Under his leadership, the choir of men and women is becoming one of the pre-eminent chapel choirs with an Early Music Festival, numerous recordings, broadcasts on BBC Radio and many concerts to their name.  They perform a wide repertoire of liturgical music ranging from the sixteenth century to more contemporary works: Matthew himself is of course a renowned composer of sacred music.  We are really delighted to have been able to include them in our 2018 season.

Mulled wine and mince pies will again feature in the interval!

Tickets at £20, £15 and £10. Edington Angels have a 10% discount.
