The Russian Choir of St Petersburg “Voskresenije” (Resurrection)

The four men and four women of this choir, all professional soloists, are drawn from St Petersburg’s Cathedral choirs and the Mariinsky Theatre.  Voskresenije was founded in 1993 by their conductor Jurij Maruk and they have toured all over the world. Their programmes of secular and sacred Russian music are very popular; this will be part of their third UK tour, and the first two sold out!
